Is there a contract that I would have to sign?


No, we don't have any contracts for you to sign. Unlike some of the other marketing companies out there, we'll never make you sign a 6 month or a 12 month contract. Our service is month-to-month.




How can I send you photos of projects, food, etc.


Your team wants to share the latest and greatest. Keep us in the loop by sending us anything new you have/are working on. We can setup a Dropbox account for larger project photos, or you can e-mail or text over photos. The more we stay in sync, the better.




What are your hours of operation?


Social Signature works Monday - Friday 8am-5pm EST, but posts daily including holidays.




How much is the service?


Graphic Signature offers (3) packages for a variety of different client bases. You can check them out by clicking on our pricing tab on the top menu bar. There is no set up fee, no minimum fees, no cacellation penalties and never ever any contracts.




Where are your offices located?


Social Signatures HQ is in Long Island, NY.

Unless we help you source a service we do not offer ourselves, we do not outsource work that is offered in our packages, or work with freelancers. It is important for us to provide consistently high-quality work to our clients.




How often do we meet?


We will schedule meetings via conference call or on-site (depending on location), on a quarterly basis. In between that, we will have more frequent touchpoints. We are always a call, email or text away!




How do you handle the reviews through reputation management?


We will discuss the best method of communication and approval for review responses. Some customers are only interested in being notified about negative reviews, while others would like to know about all of them. Based on our mutual plan, I compose a response and post it to the customers within 48 hours.




How quick do we start?


Once you register for our services, we will schedule a kickoff call to outline any action items such as goals, login credentials, etc. From there, we can start immediately.




How do you come up with posts?


By combining a good mix of posts that provide "value", "connection" and "promotion", we work with you in our strategy meetings to review your goals and tie these 3 elements into your posts. Value posts show how your business can help a customer, connection shows off your personality and helps you stand out, and promotion can spread awareness about business specials and updates.




What if we do not have any online presense?


No worries, thats what we are here for! We help you through the entire process to claim listings, create and optimize pages, start posting, and build a following,
